| * Job Context: * We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and tech-savvy individual to join our Sales & Marketing team. As the Executive, the candidate will play a vital role in building our brand presence online, managing our e-commerce activities, and ensuring smooth communication with our customers. * Core Responsibilities: * Plan and execute digital marketing & social media campaigns * Create engaging, brand-consistent content (text, graphics, videos) * Manage e-commerce platform: product listings, updates, and inventory * Handle customer queries across social media, phone, and email * Collaborate with design and sales teams for aligned campaign execution * Coordinate with sales to support promotional strategies * Maintain daily marketing reports and documentation |
