Job Responsibilities |
* Administrative Support * HR Operations: manage full employee life-cycle this includes preparing job managing appointment letter, contracts and employee records. Maintaining accurate performance records, generate regular reports. * Compliance Management: Ensure the organization’s adherence to legal standards and internal policies by monitoring the changes in labor law and regulations. Update HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance. Ability to face Nirapon Audit. * Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll and processing ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. * Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the workplace complies with health and safety regulation. Conduct regular inspections and training sessions to promote safe working environment. * Legal & Ethical Compliance: Handle sensitive HR issue. Such as disciplinary actions, terminations and employee investigations with legal and ethical standards. * HR System Management: Manage HR software and systems to process, attendance tracking, leave management etc. To ensure, integrity and efficiency in HR operations. * Maintenance Management: Oversee the maintenance of company’s facilities, ensuring they are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Coordinate with maintenance staff or external vendors for repairs, routine maintenance and upgrades, Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent disruptions and ensure compliance with safety standards. Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions for the facility. |
