| Job Responsibilities |
| * Key Responsibilities: * Assist in day-to-day financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. * Proficient in operating ERP software for recording transactions and reporting on timely basis. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards with Income Tax, VAT, Companies Act, and other legal requirements. * Provide insight into reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for decision-making by participating in the analysis of financial data to produce accurate and timely financial statements. * Collaborate in monitoring expenses of cost control measures to enhance operational efficiency. * Support cash flow and working capital management to facilitate daily operations and growth initiatives. * Assist in the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans in collaboration with the executive team. * Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables Management. * Overseeing and managing the fixed assets of the organization, ensuring accurate records, compliance with accounting standards. |
