We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Teacher to join our team, specializing in O and A Level (Cambridge curriculum). * Report to: Vice-Principal * Key Responsibilities: * Develop and present well-structured, engaging lessons tailored to the abilities of all students, ensuring alignment with the O and A Level syllabus (Cambridge curriculum). * Prepare comprehensive lesson plans and teaching materials. * Regularly track and document student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary to meet diverse learning needs. * Establish and maintain a positive, disciplined classroom environment that fosters respect and encourages active participation. * Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum. * Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities. * Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance. |
