| * Ensure marketing and promotional activities like IFC, MF, campaigns, SAAO meetings, and others. * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets. * Monitor and manage distributors and sales representatives in the assigned territory. * Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and stakeholders. * Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities. * Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records. * Train and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity. * Submit regular sales reports to higher management. * Other tasks assigned by management. |
