| * Job Context * We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated individual with a strong background in security guard operations, training, and recruitment. * The Zone Commander will oversee day-to-day operations in assigned zones, ensuring quality service delivery and continuous recruitment and training of guards. * DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON’T HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A PRIVATE SECURITY COMPANY * Complete Security Solution (C2S) is one of the fastest-growing security service providers in Bangladesh. * We’re looking for a long-term team member with leadership potential and dedication. * Job Responsibilities * Manage and supervise field operations within assigned zones. * Recruit, select, and deploy suitable supervisors and security guards based on client requirements. * Conduct security surveys at potential client locations and recommend tailored manpower/security plans. * Monitor on-ground security operations and ensure quality service delivery. * Conduct and lead training sessions for new and existing guards; regularly update training modules. * Implement on-site job training and performance improvement initiatives. * Inspect guard posts and create detailed inspection reports with follow-ups. * Maintain regular communication with clients to collect feedback and address issues proactively. * Provide monthly training and briefings to supervisors and guards on responsibilities, site conduct, and emergency protocols. * Conduct periodic day/night site visits as per operational policy. * Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective or disciplinary actions. * Develop and execute marketing and recruitment strategies to increase business and staffing. * Participate in company meetings, policy development, and expansion initiatives. * Coordinate guard rosters, especially during festivals and national holidays. * Represent the company professionally in client meetings and contract discussions (in both Bangla and English). * Employment Status: Full-time * Workplace: Based at the Head Office, with regular site visits as per operational requirements |

| Age 26 to 45 years Must be proficient in both Bangla and English Minimum 5–7 years in a similar role Candidates must have experience in: Security Operations, Guard Training, Recruitment and Deployment Additional Requirements Must have field-level experience in a reputed security company Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Must be capable of managing field teams independently Good command over spoken and written English Must have a valid motorcycle driving license and be confident in riding Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is preferred Must own a smartphone with a functional camera Must be honest, disciplined, and open to working beyond regular hours if required |
