* Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF) is a non-government organization, working for Human Rights and Good Governance invites applications from Bangladeshi nationals for the position ofProject Officer- Training and Youth Mobilization for Renewed Women’s Voice and Leadership (RWVL) Bangladesh project. * Job Purpose * The Project Officer- Training and Youth Mobilization will coordinate and support the execution of the project’s training plan and design the training content according to the training needs assessment. The purpose is to build the capacity of the RWVL project's partner organizations. Additional Requirements |
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in training and capacity building programs, focusing on women's rights and gender equality in any Civil Society Organization. Understanding and applying feminist principles, approaches, and strategies in capacity development initiatives that highlight gender inequality and examine the social, political, and cultural factors adversely affecting women's lives and experiences, contributing to the pursuit of social justice and equality. Proven experience working in a partnership approach with WROs and Community-led Organizations. |
