| Job Responsibilities |
| * Directly working with buyers on all product developments, costing, order negotiations and placements. * Work with directors to analyze the yearly business plans and strategic framework. * Work closely with the design teams to involve in bring Innovations and sustainable products to table. * End to end responsibility in the process of business development, order execution. * Provide ongoing trainings, development and constructive feedback to teams to ensure employee development and succession planning for driving high performance. * Design packs/development sample process for relevant season/phases. * Feedback follow-up on each season customer sign-offs with narrow down styles. * Sourcing fabrics/trims and innovation developments follow-ups. * Price negotiation and costing finalization with customers. * Order placement & delivery confirmation. * Capacity allocations and production follow-ups. * Shipment process & customer communications. |
