Job Context |
Job Responsibilities |
* Communicate with students. * Student Visa File Submission & Application Process . * Ensuring all necessary documentation of Student Visa is in order, and submitting completed applications to embassies or consulates. * Regular follow-ups with potential clients/guardians responding to their queries. * Responding to online and offline queries, emails, phone calls, etc. * Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the application process. * Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding visa requirements, application procedures, and timelines for student visa. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and related communications. * Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and procedures . * Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. |
