Job Responsibilities
* Job Context

* A pioneer organization engaged in the prevention of disability, reduction of malnutrition, and alleviation of poverty is seeking applications from competent candidates for the above position.

* Job Location

* Impact Chuadanga Program, Chuadanga.

* Administration

* Provide administrative support to the senior Administrator and other staff members.

* Maintain office records and files in proper order and update them monthly/periodically, Introduce new files or systems in consultation with the senior Administrator, when required.

* Ensure that filing of letters/documents, etc. is done properly and accurately.

* Maintain personnel and confidential files of the staff members and ensure that such contracts and files hold their nature of confidentiality.

* Receive mail or message for the senior Administrator and other staff members and ensure timely transfer of these manages including e-mails to the recipients.

* Routine correspondence for the senior Administrator.

* Manage and supervise day-to-day activities of support staff including Aya, Cleaners, and Security guards.

* Ensure proper management and record of all transport movement.

* Provide logistics support and ensure availability of office supplies for all staff.

* Liaise with head office for ensuring efficient communication.

* Maintain computers, office equipment, vehicle, accommodation (guest house), etc.

* Ensure regular timely servicing of all vehicles, yearly renewal and ensure that they are properly maintained.

* Responsible for maintaining and storing of all goods/materials (General, Medical, etc.) in the Office with the advice of the senior Administrator.

* Issue items as per requisition which has been prepared properly. Priority should be given to the old stock to be issued first. Maintain stock registers daily with details of all items issued.

* Ensure the proper utilization of the resource for maintenance of a good and transparent accounting and financial management system.

* Organize meeting/ seminar and ensure logistic support as advised by the senior Administrator.

* Prepare documents for annual renewals all registrations required by various Government authorities.

* Liaise with local Govt. and Non-Govt. officials and other agencies as per instruction of the senior Administrator.

* Maintain a movement Register for vehicles and staff members.

* Maintain the fixed assets register.

* Ensure procurement of products & Supplies as per IFB Policy.

* Prepare all document for staff recruitment.

Additional Requirements
Additional Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in management and administration of development programme/ Health Sector, Hospital. Preference will be given to person with experience in managing hospital or health projects. Good command in English and Bangla. Believes in teamwork. Should have excellent communication & coordination skills. Should be energetic and polite in manner with a positive personality.
