Job Responsibilities |
* Key Tasks and Assignments: * Facilitate protection-related training sessions for communities. * Design and adapt IEC/training materials aligned with ICLA thematic areas * Conduct legal awareness sessions, FGDs, and outreach to strengthen community engagement. * Collect, clean, and verify data related to legal cases, service delivery, and beneficiary feedback. * Use data tools (e.g. Kobo Toolbox, Excel, Power BI) to generate analysis and visual reports. * Assist the Information Management Officer(IMO) in managing the KOBLI digital platform, including case entry, data verification, and system maintenance. * Support the ICLA team in all aspects of legal case management, including information provision, counselling, legal assistance, and facilitating referrals, ensuring that all programme activities are aligned with NRC’s thematic areas and principles. * Contribute flexibly to any ICLA-related tasks as required by the team. |

Additional Requirements |
Strong understanding of legal and protection issues in humanitarian contexts. Minimum of one year of experience working with displaced or vulnerable communities, ideally within humanitarian, protection, or legal aid programming. Demonstrated ability to facilitate legal awareness sessions and conduct training. Experience using digital tools for data collection, analysis, and reporting is highly desirable. Well-developed skills in documentation, data analysis, and reporting. Proficiency in Bangla and English is required. Knowledge of the Chittagonian dialect is considered a strong asset. |
