The Branch Manager will oversee all operations of the Electronics Display Center, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, exceptional customer service, and achievement of sales and financial targets. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for electronics, strong business acumen, and the ability to inspire and manage a team. * Key Responsibilities: * Supervise daily operations, including inventory management, display setup, and maintenance. * Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. * Monitor and optimize branch performance metrics. * Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. * Foster a customer-centric environment, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly. * Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. * Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. * Promote a collaborative and motivated work culture. * Prepare and manage branch budgets and financial reports. * Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations. * Develop forecasts and business plans to meet financial objectives. * Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns. * Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community stakeholders. * Represent the branch at industry events and networking opportunities. * Passion for technology and electronics |
