| Minimum 03 years’ work experience in similar sector (experience with only evidence and relevance will count). Practical experience in social enterprise business. Knowledge of legal and regulatory processes for social enterprises launch and operation. Strong communication and negotiation skills for problem-solving. Decision-making ability, partnership-building, and effective stakeholder engagement. Skilled in business plan development and market research for opportunity identification. Ability to work in a diverse, multi-national, and multi-cultural environment. Basic managerial skills to build and lead a team, with or without supervision. |
