| * Job Context: * To provide overall ICT NOC (Network Operation Centre) support at the regional level such as End User Support, Network Support/ Administration, System Support/ Administration, DB Support/ Administration, MIS Support/ Administration, Security Administration, Project management and IT Asset management as per NO direction. * Job Responsibilities: * • Implement IT policies and guidelines to ensure the appropriate use of IT equipment and services in compliance with WVI Partnership Standard. * • Provide IT technical support and training to users in ADPs and Analysis of User Requirement with Technical Reporting to the Managers and NO IT Team. * • Ensure IT capacity building through training to Project staff and dissemination of IT Environment, Safety and Security. * • Over all Monitoring and Provide System related Intelligence, Forecasting about Users, Network, Risks and Facilities. * • Regular Scheduled Maintenance of Servers, Network Equipment and Power Backups. * • Provide on demand Day to Day Support to the ADPs and remote Offices. * • Provide Secure Network design, equipment recommendation for best fit of organizational budget verses needs. |
