| Job Context |
| Job Responsibilities |
| * Working closely with the principal on a daily basis to ensure the smooth overall academic operation of the school. * Supporting committees of staff and parent that function to improve the learning and social environment of the school for the students. * Liaise with education Board, Ministry, Different government and external agencies as when required. * Teaching classes, developing rapport with the students, handling discipline issues and filling in for the principal when required. * Resolving conflicts between students, teachers or combinations of conflicts between various individuals. * Assisting in yearly teacher and staff evaluations, assisting in providing guidance to staff and students, and encouraging a positive climate in the school. * Directing assemblies and other special gatherings of students for events throughout the year. * Developing emergency response plans for schools as required by government education agencies. Filing reports and updating as required. * Record keeping as required through the use of various logs, tracking records, computer programs, inter or intranet software or other programs which has related with academic affairs. * Should have experience in Teachers evaluation process, Student evaluation and motivation process, daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly routine preparation, academic calendar preparation, Syllabus execution and close monitoring regarding to lecture and lecturer and other stakeholders. |

| Age 40 to 50 years At least 5 years experience in similar position at any recognize Bengali /English medium, independent, international schools. Should have Teaching and administrative experience as Vice-Principal with reputed College/School which has more than 2000 students. Experience in a leadership/ managerial capacity (Dean, Head of Department, etc.) Familiarity with educational requirements in South Asia, (specifically in Bangladesh) Evidence of leadership abilities (successful projects, program accomplishments, etc.). He should familiar with school operating software. |
