Job Context

Job Responsibilities
* Conduct regular classes and workshops focused on UX/UI principles, design thinking, and tools. * Teach industry-standard software, including: * Figma * Adobe XD * Sketch * Adobe Illustrator * Adobe Photoshop * And other included tools for UX/UI Design * Guide students through hands-on projects, portfolio building, and real-world UX/UI challenges. * Support the curriculum development and continuously update course materials to match industry trends. * Mentor students individually, offering feedback and advice to improve their skills and career readiness. * Collaborate with the operations team to manage batch schedules and ensure smooth class management. * Contribute design expertise to internal projects when necessary. * Maintain documentation including attendance, student progress reports, and feedback. * Support the Marketing & Sales team in promotion for the upcoming batches.

Age at least 20 years Must have strong communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring. Ability to manage multiple batches and tasks effectively. Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects for websites, mobile apps, and digital products.
