Job Responsibilities |
* Develop, review, and update HR policies and administrative procedures. * Handle employee support related to compensation, leaves, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution. * Lead and manage the HR, admin, and compliance teams at the factory level. * Ensure cost-effective operation and budgeting of the HR and Admin departments. * Enforce internal rules, safety protocols, and security measures across the organization. * Act as the primary point of contact for legal matters and external regulatory bodies. * Conduct performance evaluations and ensure timely completion of KPI reviews. * Oversee employee engagement programs and foster a high-morale work culture. * Collaborate with departmental heads to align HR strategies with overall business goals. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives and talent development within the team. |

Additional Requirements |
Comprehensive understanding of compliance frameworks such as BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, Accord, Alliance, and CT-PAT. Preference will be given to candidates with internal audit training. In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and Rules 2015/2018. Proven experience in handling buyer audits and compliance assessments. Strong liaison capabilities with BGMEA, BTMA, BKMEA, BERC, environmental agencies, compliance auditors, fire safety & labor departments, labor courts, and law enforcement. Sound understanding workplace Safety and Health Issues. Solid command over general HR and administrative practices, including: Recruitment and Employee Screening, Company Benefits and Compensation, Performance Evaluation and Employee Relations. |
