| * Maintain and enforce a comprehensive Security Plan in alignment with Bangladesh’s Explosives Act, Factories Act, and ISO 31000 guidelines, including quarterly audits, drills, and 24/7 emergency preparedness. * Collaborate with local police, fire services, and disaster management agencies while operating an around-the-clock emergency response team. * Oversee routine monitoring and inspections of all factory security posts to ensure proper staffing, discipline, professional appearance, and operational readiness of equipment. * Manage vehicle entry/exit logs with mandatory inspections, align traffic control with daily logistics schedules, and assist with GPS tracking for high-risk or company vehicles. * Supervise biometric access and badge systems for employees, contractors, and laborers; ensure physical inspection and documentation of all incoming and outgoing goods. * Implement a structured visitor management system with prior approval, ID verification, and escort arrangements. * Organize monthly security workshops, conduct daily morning briefings, and operate a confidential hotline to report harassment, theft, or safety violations. * Ensure 24/7 real-time monitoring of 150+ CCTV cameras across all critical zones; coordinate with IT to maintain a minimum of 98% system uptime. * Maintain digital inventory tracking of high-value assets using RFID, enforce tamper-proof seals on containers and machinery, and coordinate with SCM, Stores, and Distribution to vet vendors. * Maintain accurate documentation including vehicle logs, gate passes, visitor records, incident reports, and tool/machinery status logs, ensuring traceability and compliance. |
