Job Responsibilities |
* One of the most reputed construction limited companies ( Rehab Member) in the Real Estate Sector, with a motto of Quality and commitment for the long term. * Responsibilities: * Able to develop smart sales strategies to achieve Organizational Sales Goals (OSG) in the short, mid, and long term and collect revenues through good written planning approved by higher bosses or management. * Able to do a SWOT analysis before launching any sales campaign. * Able to set sales targets & achieve those sales targets or template monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly & so on. * Able to define at least one lac potential clients and how to send a sales message to them. * Able to analyze sales data and trends to forecast future sales performance. * Able to select potential clients & send sales messages to them. * Able to boost a very attractive sales pictorial video or without video messages on social media. * Able to do & complete flat registration without any difficulties. * Able to build a very strong Client Relationship Management. * Able to foster motivation in clients effectively & efficiently. * Able to build and maintain a strong relationship with key clients. * Sales Progressive Environment & Management: * Able to recruit, train, and mentor sales team members if required, taking permission from a higher authority. * Able to monitor and evaluate self-sales performance and prepare a data database * Able to maintain daily client contact records with comments and give daily progressive feedback to the reporting boss. * Able to foster a motivating and collaborative environment in the workplace. * Able to handle high-level or escalated customer inquiries or issues. * Reporting & Analysis: * Able to prepare regular sales reports for senior management. * Able to evaluate the effectiveness of sales campaigns and initiatives. Process & Improvement. * Able to analyze sales performance mechanisms or systems with a systems approach. |

Age 28 to 40 years Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Results-oriented, self-starter who strategically plans for success Applicant must have computer expertise in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh. The applicants must have proven ground experience in the Real Estate sector as sales & marketing staff with at least 5 to 10 years. Physically fit (24/6) & mentally very calm & professionally sound. Possessing any chronic disease will be considered unfit for this post. Ability to take a heavy workload under any circumstances. Ability to handle or manage the land or flat registration office effectively and efficiently. |
