Job Responsibilities |
* Grameen Shikkha (www.grameenshikkha.com) is a not-for-profit organization created by Nobel Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus. It promotes education, vocational training and child development, and conducts skills training program, scholarship management program and non-formal primary school program for poor and disadvantaged people. * Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies for different programs. * Identify and engage with potential donors, partners, and sponsors (individuals, institutions, corporate bodies, etc.). * Prepare grant proposals with budget for existing and potential programs. * Prepare reports, documents and various communication materials for donors and management. * Organize fundraising campaigns, events, and donor engagement activities. * Maintain a donor database and ensure regular communication and updates. * Collaborate with programs, oversee program activities for compliance with project plan and relevant local and international laws. * Create compelling infographics and visual content for different social media like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc. for donor engagement and storytelling. * Design and execute targeted social media campaigns to attract donations. * Monitor and analyze the performance of digital fundraising campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. * Use multimedia content (videos, reels, success stories) to build emotional connection with donors. * Schedule regular content calendars for fundraising drives, with themed posts and calls to action. * Ensure transparency and accountability in fund management and reporting |

Additional Requirements |
Age at most 40 years Not more than 40 years old as on 01 June 2025. Age limit may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates Minimum five years work experience in relevant field. Well proficient both in written and spoken English. Well proficient in IT and computer applications. Knowledge of legal and regulatory processes for social enterprises launch and operation. Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Decision-making ability, partnership-building, and effective stakeholder engagement. Skilled in business plan development and market research for opportunity identification. Ability to work in a diverse, multi-national, and multi-cultural environment. Basic managerial skills to build and lead a team. |
