Job Responsibilities |
* Job Overview: * The Girl Shine program aims to support, protect and empower adolescent girls in the Rohingya refugee camps by enhancing their safety, wellbeing, and opportunities through tailored activities and structured life skill curriculum along with basic literacy and Numeracy program educational programs. The project focuses on building life skills, promoting mental health, and advocating for girls' rights engaging different stakeholder including the male and female caregivers. * Facilitation of Sessions: * Arrange and Conduct Girl Shine sessions with adolescent girls, Parents caregiver fostering a safe and supportive environment. * Implement interactive and participatory activities to engage participants effectively. * Manage venue for session conduction in camps in collaboration with CiC office, Site Management team and other stakeholders. * Program Implementation: * Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of Girl Shine activities program in the Rohingya camps. * Ensure that all activities are carried out in line with the project’s objectives and guidelines. * Monitoring and Evaluation, Reporting: * Monitor the progress of participants and gather feedback to assess the impact of the sessions. * Complete the regular session note for Life skill sessions. * Prepare regular reports on program progress, challenges, and achievements. * Community Engagement: * Build and maintain positive relationships with community leaders, parents, and other stakeholders to promote the Girl Shine project. * Conduct awareness-raising sessions for the community on the importance To protect, support and empower adolescent girls. * Capacity Building: * Provide training and support to volunteers and other facilitators involved in the project. * Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance facilitation skills and program knowledge. * Resource Management: * Ensure the availability and proper use of materials and resources needed for sessions. * Maintain accurate records of attendance, materials used, and any issues encountered. |
