| Job Responsibilities |
| * Prepare events, activation and other related proposals including budget * Engage in proactive thoughts and generate new ideas for clients. * Participate in developing and executing annual client target setting and startegy review * Understanding clients' requirements strategizing on how to meet clients' needs and * Discuss alternative marketing, promotion and communication strategies with the client * Creating and implementing strategies for business growth * Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reporths * Evaluate any event, activation and partnership requirements * Develop holistic plan for any event, activation and partnership * Generate new idea to make the activity more effective * Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools * Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts * Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals * Evaluate any sponsorship or partnership proposal * Execute urgent required event/activation * Track project milestones and deliverables * Bill processing & streamline BTL vendors & ensure * 100% compliance in terms of brand guideline & SOP * Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders |
