| Job Responsibilities |
| * Develop and execute regional/area-wise sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets. * Monitor and adapt plans based on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior. * Lead and guide a team of Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers (TSOs), and field staff. * Monitor field activities to ensure productivity, coverage, and sales target achievement. * Expand and strengthen the wholesaler, distributor, and institutional buyer network. * Identify and develop white space or underperforming markets, including rural and semi-urban territories. * Appoint new customers and business partners in uncovered areas. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and distribution partners. * Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement and prompt issue resolution. * Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure proper execution of region-specific trade promotions, in-market activities, and visibility initiatives. * Ensure adherence to pricing policies, credit terms, and collection procedures. * Track outstanding dues and ensure timely collections in line with company policies. * Track and review sales KPIs (volume, value, growth, etc.) and submit area-wise/region-wise performance reports to the management. * Provide regular market feedback to support strategy adjustments and innovation. |
