Job Responsibilities
* The Head of Sales Department is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company sales targets and KPIs. This role involves overseeing sales operations, optimizing processes, coaching and motivating staff, and ensuring effective performance tracking through reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills, along with a solid understanding of sales dynamics.

* Key Responsibilities:

* Team Leadership & Management:

* Supervise and guide a team of sales managers to ensure high performance and goal attainment.
* Conduct training, mentoring, and motivational activities to enhance team productivity.
* Participate in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new sales staff.
* Sales Performance & Strategy:

* Monitor and adjust the sales department’s workflow to maximize efficiency and results.
* Ensure the fulfillment of monthly/quarterly/annual sales plans and KPIs.
* Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
* Operational & Reporting Duties:

* Take an active role in key sales activities, including negotiations and client meetings when necessary.
* Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.

Additional Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Requirements: Proven management skills with experience in leading sales teams. Strong employee selection and team-building abilities. Strategic thinking and planning skills to drive long-term sales success. At least B1 level of English for effective communication in a business environment. Experience in sales reporting and performance analysis. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar leadership role within sales. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools. Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
