| * Oversee and supervise all civil and interior construction activities. * Monitor daily project expenses and ensure cost control. * Maintain effective communication with the project team and contractors. * Manage project accounts and financial records. * Ensure timely project completion within the allocated budget. * Lead and manage site engineers and coordinate their tasks. * Enforce and maintain quality control standards on-site. * Proactively identify and resolve issues to avoid project delays. * Evaluate project risks and implement mitigation strategies. * Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and project records. * Submit regular progress reports to the appropriate authorities. * Perform additional duties as assigned by management. |

| Age at least 30 years A minimum of 5-10 years of experience managing civil, interior design or architectural projects. A well-documented portfolio showcasing successful projects. Knowledge of diverse design styles and trends to accommodate client preferences. Flexibility to travel to different project locations. Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, as project deadlines may require intensive time commitment. Ability to handle unexpected challenges or changes during the project, such as delays in materials, design revisions, or budget adjustments. Should possess relevant Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max or V-Ray, etc). |
