| * Collect reference sample or artwork/sketch from Merchandising department & study and analyze each style carefully. * Prepare operation bulletin for pre-costing and provide costing SMV and thread consumption to Merchandiser. * Collect size set sample from sample section or merchandising department & study and analyze each style carefully. * Prepare operation bulletin with thread consumption for bulk production and provide bulletin sheet to production floor. * Calculate thread consumption for each style for costing as well as for production utilization. * Coordinate with sample, maintenance, production, floor IE team for any kind of process improvement. * Check capacity study sheet for each style conducted by IE team regular basis and get operators best capacity and re-set SMV if needed. * Do research on GSD motions and practically find out operators motion in practice. |

| Additional Requirements |
| Age 28 to 35 years B.Sc. Engineering in IPE/ Textile/ Honors or Masters (Having Science background) from reputed public or private university. At least 4/5 years of experience in Garments IE- Costing & Production Operation Bulletin & Thread Consumption function. |
