| * Context: * Oriental Real Estate Ltd. is looking for some young, energetic, target oriented, self motivated and proactive Executive/ Sr. Executive (Apartment and Commercial Space Sales) who has at least two years experience in the Real Estate Industry. * Job Responsibilities: * Generate sales and achieve target as planned. * Identifying potential customers and prospects through various channels. * Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and build trust. * Handle clients (including inbound) and supply necessary information about apartments to generate sales. * Delivering compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value proposition and benefits of products or services. * Any other tasks assigned by management. |
