* A full fledge merchant bank rendering diversified services such as Issue Management, Corporate advisory, Portfolio Management and other financial services is currently looking for ambitious, smart, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individuals for this position. * KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Working as the member of Issue Management & Corporate Advisory team. * Carry out a detailed evaluation of the Company and its future business plans. * Review Revenue pattern, Tax, VAT, RJSC and Documentation. * Review and design financial statement of the client as per IAS, IFRS and other relevant rules as per requirement of BSEC. * Preparing prospectus, Information Memorandum, Right Offer document etc. * Excellent analytical Skills in negotiation, business planning, and budgeting. * Making effective plan to reach the company suitable platform in short period. |
