With over 24 years of experience, BSH has established itself as a trusted partner for research, medical, and industrial applications across the country. * Role Description * This is a full-time, on-site role for an e-GP & VAT Specialist at Bangladesh Science House located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The e-GP & VAT Specialist will be responsible for managing e-Government Procurement (e-GP) processes, ensuring compliance with VAT regulations, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and providing training on e-GP and VAT best practices. The specialist will also be tasked with analyzing and reporting on procurement data, identifying areas for improvement in procurement processes, and ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping. * Qualifications * ✅ Proven experience in both e-GP and VAT compliance in Bangladesh. * ✅ Solid understanding of public procurement processes and VAT regulations. * ✅ Proficiency with relevant software (e.g., e-GP portal) * ✅ Excellent organizational and communication skills. * ✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. * Preferred Personal Attributes * ✅ Age range: 25–40 years (flexible for exceptional candidates) * ✅ Gender: No preference (we value diversity and inclusivity) * ✅ Personal Commitment: Able to manage a full-time, long-term role with occasional after-hours work (as needed for tenders or VAT deadlines). * ✅ Physically able to travel locally for government offices. (if required, but not mandatory) |
