| Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) Patient, soft-spoken, child-loving and caring Able to manage early learners with empathy and attentiveness Creative and engaging in lesson delivery Strong fluency in English Familiarity with Edexcel curriculum is essential Competent in preparing assignments, question papers, and lesson plans Good classroom management and communication skills Ability to engage students and monitor academic progress Must maintain regular communication with guardians and respond to queries Expertise in Edexcel curriculum is mandatory Proven track record of academic achievement Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) Strong leadership in the classroom Capable of mentoring junior teachers Skilled in academic planning, exam preparation, and result management Excellent communication with students and guardians |
