| Job Responsibilities |
| * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in compressed air and utility systems. · * Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule maintenance, Including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance etc * Monitor energy efficiency and implement cost-saving strategies. * Analyze machine layout and production processes to identify and reduce power wastage. * Develop and apply load management strategies for optimal energy usage. * Recommend and install inverters, energy-saving lighting, and ventilation systems. * Coordinate with unit heads to monitor and control energy usage trends. * Detect and seal air leakages in compressed air systems. * Establish routine maintenance and monitoring schedules for compressors and pipelines. * Maintain logs for compressor run time, maintenance, and energy usage for analysis and reporting. * Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements. * Ensure peak performance of compressors and utility equipment. * Lead the utility and maintenance team to uphold high operational standards. * Conduct training sessions on energy conservation and machine maintenance. * To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time. |
