Job Responsibilities |
* Urgent Hiring * Client Engagement: * Proactively approach potential customers via in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital platforms to present our offerings. * Product Promotion: * Confidently explain and promote Goldsands Group’s projects and services, tailoring presentations to client needs. * Lead Conversion: * Identify high-potential prospects, convert inquiries into confirmed bookings or sales, and ensure follow-through until the deal is closed. * Client Relationship Management: * Maintain strong after-sales relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, service updates, and ongoing support. * Team Collaboration: * Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, CRM, Admin) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. * Target Achievement: * Consistently work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals under supervision, maintaining accountability for your individual performance. * Reporting & Documentation: * Keep clear records of client interactions, lead status, and progress updates using assigned tools or formats. * Market Intelligence: * Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to enhance your selling strategy. |
