| * We are Looking for Young, Energetic, Target Oriented, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person to Employ as Asst. Manager & Deputy Manager (Sales & Marketing) who has the experience in achieving the Sales Target in real estate industry. * Corporate Sales/ Marketing. * Have to sales Land, Plot and Flat. * Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities. * Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company. * Prepare report as required by management. * Corporate Marketing, Project visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity. * Development new clients & maintain good relationship with existing clients. * Build a strong relationship with customer. * Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service. * Development of Plan, Designs for meeting demands and requirements of the Clients. * Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time. * Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution. * Coordinate with Customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients. |
