* Job Context * DAM Foundation for Economic Development (DFED) (an institution of Dhaka Ahsania Mission, MRA license-00109-02243-00747) is working to enhance the socio-economic condition of poor people for creating their employment opportunities, raising income and increasing their asset and financial resources. DFED is currently looking for competent and Officers for Finance & Accounts Department. The purpose of the job is to ensure mitigating the risk of the organization at minimum level and ensuring the internal control of the organization work activities effectively and efficiently. The personnel will be required to successfully carry out the Accounts related functions. We are looking for a young energetic, dynamic, efficient person to fill up position. This position requires knowledge, General Accounting, VAT, TAX skills and serving attitudes to work under Finance & Accounts Department. * Job Location: * Head Office, DAM Foundation for Economic Development (DFED), Adabar, Dhaka. * Job Responsibilities * Preparing all sorts of Vouchers of all transactions with proper supporting documents. * Prepare & Maintenance of Cash Book, General Ledger, Fixed Assets Register & Others. * Prepare monthly accounts and ensure necessary reconciliation before finalize the accounts. * To ensure the Financial Transactions and preparation of monthly Income and Expense Account * To prepare Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Financial Reports monthly, quarterly and annually. * The incumbent should be capable of maintaining/handling the entire accounts (personal accounts) including banking functions independently. * All Projects Employees CPF, Gratuity Fund ,Tax & VAT * Maintain PF, Gratuity Fund, Other fund statement. Keeping books of Accounts updated. * Provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial activity of individual projects * Maintenance of accounts and reporting of projects as per requirements. * Provide documents to Auditor, Individual Donors/Sponsors and Corporate Sponsors as well as Management. * Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary. * Maintain files and organize financial documents. * Perform any other accounts related duties as assigned by senior officer. |

Additional Requirements |
Age at most 35 years Experience in Microfinance software (Microfin360) is preferable. Good command in English & Bangla. Computer skills on Microsoft office applications. Fast typing skill in both English & Bangla. Excellent interpersonal/self-motivational and team work skills. |
