| Job Responsibilities |
| * Job Location: Chandra, Kaliakoir, Gazipur. * Job Nature: Full-time (6 working days) * To monitor production processes to ensure that factory machinery and people produce garments in accordance with buyer and company and requirements. * To oversee production and quality team, making sure that quality control measures are carried out properly. * To review the work of subordinates who inspect products for functionality and conformance to specifications. * To serve as a liaison to production staff, explaining the results of quality control procedures. * To develop, implement and maintain quality management systems. * To create standard operating procedures for the specific plant in which they work. * Must be able to make weekly presentation to management on Production Unit performance. * Effective CAP to take and to implement for top 5 defects determined by daily/weekly defect analysis. |

| Minimum 8 years of working experience in a leadership position in a reputed organization. Must have knowledge of quality management system. Must have thorough knowledge on quality audit and system process. Must have experience working as a QMS Fluently written and spoken English Good interpersonal and communication skills Should be able to manage audits Must be capable to train production & Quality teams on DHU, KPI and other requirements. |
