Job Context |
Job Responsibilities |
* Manage the Managing Director & Chairman Daily Schedule, appointments and meeting & handle confidential documents and correspondence with discretion. * Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filling. * Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate. * Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority. * Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments. * Dealing with incoming email and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager * Taking dictation and minutes & Carrying out background research and presenting findings * Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentation * organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings; liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff. * Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments; dealing with incoming email and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager; taking dictation and minutes. * Carrying out background research and presenting findings. * Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentation. * organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings; liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff. * Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staffs & Being involved in decision making process. * Carrying out specific projects and research & responsibility for accounts budgets. * Taking on some of manager’s responsibilities and working more closely with management * Deputizing for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the managers absent * Co-Operation Company Affairs & Factory Administration |

Age 25 to 35 years Skills & Expertise Meeting Management & Excellent communication skills in English MS Word & Excel Sheet Power point, One Note EPR based Service & Multitasking Internet Browsing & Email contact Good Presentation & Advisor Excellent communication skills in English and negotiation skills. Proficiency in relevant software & Good Presentation Skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. |
