| * Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target. * Must be self-motivated and hardworking. * Solicit potential clients to buy luxury residential & commercial properties. * To communicate with investor/buyers to visit project sites. * To gather current market information and analysis and update time to time. * To follow up clients & maintaining client database in Excell. * Should have positive mind-set to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan. * To follow up sales and promotional activities and in events. * Attend customer’s quires with satisfaction and rapport building. * To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop. * Acquire new customers & visit projects frequently. * Respond and follow-up sales inquiries through understanding the prospects requirements. * Meet with key customers and assists the sales team with maintaining relationships and closing deals. * To Follow-up clients through phone calls, emails & physical visit to generate sales. * To ready for door to door marketing & conveyance customer about your exclusive products. |

Computer Knowledge obtained. MS Word, Excel, Power point etc. Primary knowledge about Digital Marketing. |
