| Job Responsibilities |
| * Identify new customers and make regular communication with current customers. * Prepare price quote with the management approval and share business proposal to meet client’s requirement. * Issue Proforma Invoice (PI) as per client’s requirement and follow up PI until L/C received * Confirm sales order and prepare delivery schedule according to Client’s requirement. * Follow up with commercial team on payment documents (1st & 2nd Acceptance). * Collaborate R&D team & customize solution based support which need to customer. * Trial & troubleshoot issue related key responsibilities. * Ensure all sales related documentation in a proper filing system. * Collaborate with other team members to achieve team target. * Analyze the sample and select company products from our existing portfolio to present the customer. * Identify new customers and make regular communication with current customers. * Collect market feedback and gather information from clients on prospects and update supervisor accordingly. * Contribute to increasing company brand image in the textile industry. * Prepare weekly and monthly report (delivery report, sales report, PI issue report, payment collection report etc.) |
