| Job Responsibilities |
| * Evaluate fabric performance, appearance, and quality against buyer/brand specifications. Collaborate with fabric suppliers, mills, and internal teams for sourcing and development. * Provide technical support in fabric selection, testing, finishing, and approval processes. * Monitor lab dips, hand feel, shrinkage, GSM, color fastness, and other fabric parameters. * Conduct risk analysis on fabric types before bulk production to avoid potential quality issues. * Coordinate with QA and Production teams to resolve any fabric-related issue. * Stay updated on fabric trends, innovations, and new technologies in the textile industry |
