A strong network of direct buyers in the sweater industry. In-depth and current knowledge of yarn, costing methodologies, and price range strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to develop and implement strategic merchandising plans. Must possess exceptional presentation and negotiation skills to effectively represent the company to buyers at senior levels, both domestically and internationally. Must be able to handle large volumes of order |
