| Age at most 35 years Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in sewing production management in woven tops/shirts (export-oriented garments). Strong leadership and team management skills· Result-oriented and proactive decision-maker· Excellent communication and coordination ability· Problem-solving mindset and stress management· Attention to detail and quality consciousness· Adaptability to fast-paced production environments Technical Skills Sound knowledge of sewing machine functions, attachments, and troubleshooting. Experience in handling high fashion and basic woven shirts for global buyers (e.g., H&M, M&S, GAP, Zara, etc.). Familiarity with production planning software, efficiency monitoring tools, and reporting formats. |
