| Job Responsibilities |
| * Finalizing Budgetary assumptions from Top Management and the Board of Directors. * Distributing and Collecting Deliverables templates to business units for input data. * Use input data to prepare a Budget and Business Plan. * Prepare Periodic Financial Variance reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly). * Prepare MIS Report for Top Management and Board of Directors Review. * Prepare Monthly Cash Flow Forecast. * Maintain an effective relationship with the Banks and Financial Institutions and arrange funding for the Group as and when required. * Manage and supervise the activities of the Commercial Team of the Group. * Ensure appropriate control of the Supply Chain activities of the Group. * Ensure compliance of Financial, procurement, and other policies and procedures across the Group. * Supervise and manage the Tax & VAT-related activities of the Group * Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting, budgeting, treasury, and commercial team of the Group. * Ensure accurate project analysis for ongoing and new projects of the group |
