| Job Responsibilities |
| * This position have to look after few factories of Gazipur & Uttara Zone of this company and will have frequent factory visit to perform the below Job: * To aware workers about company policies. * To handle grievance from workers end. * Counseling with workers and floor staff. * Conducting different types of survey and report as per need. * Organize different types of workshop. Such as: Welfare Officer, HR Officer. * Conducting different types of workers committee, such as: PC, Safety, Grievance and Anti Harassment Committees. * Investigate on any types of grievance as per need, based on investigations report and insist the factory management necessary action. * Any other job given by the management |
