| * 1. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the finishing department. * 2. Lead, mentor, and manage the finishing team, including supervisors and operators. * 3. Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of the finishing team. * 4. Manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of labor resources. * 5. Conduct regular inspections and audits of finished garments. * 6. Address and resolve any quality issues promptly. * 7. Collaborate with the production planning team to ensure timely delivery of finished goods. * 8. Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines. * 9. Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid production delays. * 10. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. * 11. Conduct regular safety audits and training for the finishing team. * 12. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality. * 13. Lead initiatives for cost reduction and waste minimization. |
