| Job Responsibilities |
| * Review electrical (both high and low voltage) drawings and provide on-site construction guidance; * Review SCADA system drawings and guide on-site implementation; * Review lightning protection and grounding system drawings and oversee construction quality; * Train the O&M (Operation and Maintenance) team on the use of automation and control systems; * Coordinate with equipment suppliers for installation and commissioning of electrical systems; * Collaborate with process and mechanical engineers to resolve interdisciplinary conflicts (e.g., clashes between cable trays and pipelines). |

| Age 25 to 55 years More than 5 years of Electrical Engineering experience in Water Treatment or municipal infrastructure projects; Have led at least 2 water treatment projects with a capacity of 100,000 m³/day or above. Technical Knowledge & Skills: Familiar with international standards including: IEC 60364 (Low-voltage electrical installations) AWWA M33 (Water treatment plant electrical systems) NFPA 70E (Electrical safety in the workplace) ISO 50001 (Energy management systems) IEC 61800 (Adjustable speed electrical power drive systems) Experienced in selecting IP68-rated waterproof equipment; Proficient in PLC programming (Siemens S7-1200 / Rockwell); Skilled in SCADA systems such as WinCC, Ignition, etc.; Capable of VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) selection and energy-saving optimization, with the ability to reduce plant energy consumption by over 15%; |
