| Job Responsibilities |
| * Analyze and prepare the daily Printing Efficiency Report. * Conduct Daily NPT (Non-Productive Time) analysis for Printing & Embroidery and record realistic data. * Facilitate operator skill tests for recruitment in the Printing & Embroidery departments. * Analyze and work to reduce SMV (Standard Minute Value) in the Printing process. * Update the Daily Dashboard and organize relevant meetings with concerned teams. * Engage in GEMBA walks to identify opportunities for simplification and operational improvement. * Conduct Printing & Embroidery Capacity Analysis to ensure optimal resource utilization. * Attend and actively participate in daily production meetings to align IE goals with production targets. * Adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, addressing conflicts effectively and providing viable solutions. * Identify training needs of the team and arrange development programs to upskill the workforce. * Expand and improve the scope of 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) practices across the floor. |

| Age 24 to 28 years Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and IE tools/software. Excellent communication, team collaboration, and reporting skills. Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, SMV, NPT, Capacity Planning, and 6S. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset. Must be proactive and able to work under pressure. |
