| * Job Highlights: * Attractive salary, festival bonus, smooth promotion policy, and special incentives based on performance as per IDIS policy. * Opportunity to work in a modern, English-medium Islamic school. * Located in Uttara, Dhaka — a peaceful and secure campus and an Islamic Environment. * Involvement in academic development and school promotion activities * Job Responsibilities and Context: * Conduct daily Hifz classes with individual and group recitation sessions, ensuring correct memorization, Tajweed, and pronunciation. * Create personalized memorization plans for students based on their capacity, and monitor their daily progress with proper documentation. * Review previously memorized portions (Muraja'ah) regularly and assess retention levels to maintain the quality of Hifz. * Instill a love for the Qur’an and Islamic values in students through mentorship, motivation, and moral guidance. * Work collaboratively with other Islamic Studies staff to integrate Qur'anic values into the broader school curriculum and Islamic environment. * Participate in school activities and Da’wah efforts, including Qur’an competitions, parent sessions, and promotional events of Ilham Dhaka International School. |

Candidates who have Master’s/Kamil/4-year Hons./Fadil/Dawrah or equivalent degree and Prior teaching experience in an English medium school/Hifzul Qur’an Madrasah will be given preference. |
