Job Context |
Job Responsibilities |
* For Manager * Achieve monthly sales targets coordinating with dealers, agents and company. * Ensure maximum selling pricing of commercial eggs to enhance profitability. * Identify new business opportunities and create new customers to increase sales volume and revenue. * Work closely with dealers and customers to ensure on-time credit realization. * Develop and maintain long term relationships with dealers and farmers to ensure customer retention. * Conduct market analysis, collect performance reports of competitors, be aware of competitor's growth, and set strategies to gain higher market share. * Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report and provide updates to the Line Manager timely. * For Sales Officer * Achieve monthly sales targets by following “Cash Sales Policy”. * Collecting orders from retail and wholesale vendors. * Establish good relationships with retailers and wholesalers. * Working according to the route plan |
