The facility is planned and designed to meet the local as well as international demand both qualitatively and quantitatively is recruiting for the following positions. * Job Description/Responsibility: * Support the development of marketing and branding plans for toiletries and human beautifying product, cosmetic products. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, sales, and regulatory) to align product positioning with market needs. * Conduct competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and threats. * Execute marketing campaigns for product launches, trade shows and other promotional activities. * Develop and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations and digital content. * Work closely with R&D to align product features and benefits with customer needs. * Coordinate with the sales team to provide product training and marketing collateral. * Department: Strategic Marketing Department (SMD) * Job Location: Lalmatia, Mohammadpur, Dhaka |

| Additional Requirements |
| Age 25 to 35 years Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) (Major in Marketing), from any reputed public or private University Science background preferable Additional Requirements: Proven experience in Pharmaceuticals Company, preferably in a related field 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG industry Candidate who has similar position in FMCG industry will be given preference Familiarity with medicated cosmetics and their market dynamics Strong understanding of consumer product marketing Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms |
