Job Context
Job Responsibilities
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding (air, ocean, and land). Target importers/exporters, manufacturers, and traders across various industries.

* Client Acquisition & Retention: Develop relationships with prospective clients, understand their supply chain needs, and offer customized logistics solutions. Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts to ensure repeat business.

* Sales Strategy Execution: Work with the management to implement territory-specific sales plans. Actively participate in sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and reporting.

* Quotation & Pricing: Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to prepare competitive quotes. Negotiate pricing and terms with clients in line with company policies.

* Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, freight rates, trade regulations, and competitor activity to identify strategic sales opportunities.

* Coordination with Operations: Work closely with internal operations teams to ensure customer expectations are met. Ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new clients.

* Sales Target: Ensure sales target achievement.
